I slept only about 6 1/2 hours last night. I keep forgetting that sleep hormones are very important for weight loss. I did not use my CPAP last night. The night before I did use my CPAP and had weight-loss, though, i don't sweat the day to day fluctuations. Overall though I'm feeling pretty good, except for the GDed weight loss ticker thingy for my signature! Why doesn't that thing update it's still showing my original starting weight and goal.

Grrr!
232.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 40.6 lb a week
