This is more like what I've been expecting to see from my diet. I was supposed to have a week deload here, but I will wait until I head East to visit the new bambino.

Caliper at Thigh, 10, ab, 7, pec 2, iliac, 4
189.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1888 kcal Fat: 86.44g | Prot: 168.31g | Carb: 108.02g.   Lunch: Mayonnaise, Butter, English Muffin, Canned Salmon. Dinner: Cheddar Cheese, Chicken Breast Meat (Broilers or Fryers), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh, Butter, Chocolate Chip Cookie, White Rice. Snacks/Other: Driscoll's Raspberries, LeanFit Whey Protein Shake - Vanilla, 2% Fat Milk. more...
