Muscle: 34.1
BMI: 26.9

Fat percentage went considerably down (wohoo!) and water went a bit up. Muscle is not growing as fast as I would want it to though.

A bit frustrating that the weight doesn't go down!
150.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
