Thanks everyone. Slow and steady. I put on my size 16 skorts tonight. Woot woot. I have not fit into them in 1 1/2 years. Doctor's checkup Monday afternoon. Hope she is proud of my progress. She fights her weight as well. I set a goal off being at goal weight by 5/11/17. That will be average loss of 2 lbs per week.
