By the look of the results, all the fluid is out of my system and now I am going to have to start doing some exercise to see more results. Xmas is not going to be too good in the way of food. New Years camping is not going to be too great either and Then my Birthday is not too long after that either. Once Noy goes home again I will be able to cut down on the rice and have more time for exercise. Going to use that time to try and make it too the gym a few times a week.
