Focus on increasing water intake and mini breaks for a few squats and planks. I need to count them out, increase and get serious.

Morning
Tea
Lemon, cayenne, water

Lunch
Salad for lunch with Salmon


Early dinner
Bean salad with vegetables for dinner

Water throughout the day

Edit: Ended up fasting on the 3rd and 4th.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet ChicaLean's own diet   losing 0.5 lb a week
