Well a loss is a loss, I don't know if I am relieved that there was not a gain, or disappointed that the loss was not bigger! After the work we put in this weekend, I think it's more of a disappointment! LOL I'll take it anyhow! 5 more pounds to goal!!! We will get there! You guys have a great day!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 120.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow. You have lost 120 lb. That is an astonishing achievement. Maybe you have entered the world of "the exercising people." (You know how their journals read 😉) Your body doesn't know painting the house from a gym workout.

Thanks guys! I did not realize I had hit the 120 lb down milestone...WOW, that is my biggest total weight loss ever! I have lost the 100 lbs 3 times now, this is my first time at 120! I'm not done yet, not going to change my goal weight until I actually hit 180, then I will change my goal to 160. I think I am going to make 160 my low weight and bounce back and forth when I get to maintenance. I have never before planned for maintenance. I'm hoping I won't be losing a total of 140 lbs ever again, but I do expect to lose and gain at least 10 pounds over and over while on maintenance...I can live with that!

Your weight loss journey has been so inspiring to me, Debra. I really look up to you (which seems so funny to say since I have never even met you). I am so proud of you and all of your accomplishments! You are going to crush the rest of this weight, and then maintenance will be a piece of cake for you (yep, I said cake). :) Congrats on your pound and everything that it stands for!
