I have been advised to cut coffee completely out of my diet. No I haven't cut caffeine out, but I started drinking an English Breakfast tea in place of my morning coffee(s). My stomach feels a lot less bloated already, and my energy feels more natural as opposed to the jitters from two or three mugs the coffee gave me. 8-)I am also going to the store today to revamp my vitamins by adding green tea extract and an omega 3-4-5 to my daily arsenal. Bwahahahahaha ;)
196.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
