been having a hard time with working hard and seeing no results that I've had a back slide the past couple weeks, and it shows! okay 16km run first thing in the morning tomorrow to reset. sick of being in a rural. also may sign up for a boot camp even though my husband specifically that it's too much of a commitment for him to support 😠 boo. feeling cappy. trying to limit my venting to tonight then 7am it's back to being productive!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
