170.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Is that the Hotel Del behind you? I worked for the Navy as a civilian in San Diego for 8 1/2 years before I retired and loved it. Absolutely my favorite city. Thank you for your service.

That is the Hotel Del. Right now I live about 2 miles from it. I'm very blessed the Navy moved me here 1 1/2 years ago. I love this city, it is very easy to stay active.
