Yes Yes Yes (hands in the air like Kaiden) I did 45 minutes Cardio today on the eliptical. Could barely do 5 minutes just a short 3 weeks ago.

Did 135 crunches, but forgot my weight gloves. Will do extra time tomorrow on weights.

Resolve to do 5 at least days of exercise this week.

No Cheating On Foods for 3 weeks, have counted EVERY calorie that went into my mouth, weighed and measured every quantity. I think this is the key. The first time I did this when I lost 85 pounds I did not pay as close attention to the potions. Rewarded myself too often for a job well done.

This time my TREAT is Applebees on Saturday mornings with 2 glasses of Champagne from my favorite bartender. I have done well with my wine intake, was drinking everyday. Now I only have the 2 on Saturday.

I will be victorious this time in my intention of losing the weight and keeping it off.
230.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
