Yippee! Lost the 2 lbs I had gained over the past couple of weeks and a couple more to boot. I'm sure part of it was water weight, but glad to be back on track. Next stop.....Onederland!!
201.5 lb Lost so far: 63.5 lb.    Still to go: 66.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
