HAD A GREAT DAY!!!
For the first time ever, I took the suggestion of eating every two hours. I was very diligent with this. I brought a timer and snacks and exactly every two hours after the last snack, I ate something. I also drank probably 2 L of water. I did a 30 minute power walk and I feel great today. I shouldn't have weighed myself so soon but I was so excited and there was a difference!!! Woo hoo. The best part is that one successful day lends itself to another successful day. I don't want to sabotage my efforts from yesterday...and so on. I feel in control and that is a new feeling. Oh yeah, the food I ate every two hours: first a banana, 2 hours later, a hard boiled egg, two hours after that, some tuna.
