I thought I was doing okay by the calorie counter, but I obviously ate more than I required for the past week...gained two pounds back...oh well, back on the wagon...no sense in worrying about it...

250.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

That's the spririt, Madjak. Just get back in the saddle. How do you estimate when you count calories? Do you weigh everything? Do you remember to calculate EVERYTHING? Sometimes we take things so much for granted that we simply don't consider them - like coffee creamers etc. Also, do you drink enough water? Water is essential to efficient weight loss. I'd say a gallon per day, give or take. It flushes out your system and generally makes you feel amazing! :)
