As expected I put on after yesterday. Not too bad considering it was after my work Xmas Party. i have no idea how many beers i had last night but i did stick to the low carb stuff. I did eat a big of finger food but did not go over board there. I have to say overall I am happy I only put on a small amount.
Like I said I have no idea how much I drank last night so not going to fill in my Diet calendar for the rest of yesterday. I am very hung over now and the last thing i want to do is eat well today, but I am staying strong and getting back into it today.

Have to say it was a great night with good people. But It has reinforced that I dont want to drink for a while to come. I think I may even give drinking a miss for New Years.... The head is feeling better but the stomach is not co-operating with me. Really needs to be lined with greasy food... But not going to happen

I had my Xmas party also....judging by the hang over, I must've had fun! At least the bits and pieces coming back are telling me I did! lol
I think I drank 3 bottles of wine. I drank before leaving for nerves, during the supper and after...Yo! I don't even want to look at a bottle of wine till next time! All this to say 'I hear you!' Let's get back to our diet jobs and goals!
