Yay even with yesterdays appies, I went down. Ended up drinking a litre of water at home last night. Think a litre is about 33 oz which would make yesterdays total water intake 93 oz! I hope I can keep this up over the weekend...

Just finished my 4th 20oz bottle of water. That makes the water tally at the end of the work day at 80oz. Whoohoo!

Hope the weekend doesn't kill me.

Drank about 3/4 litre at home so prob had near 95-100oz yesterday. Of course I also had 2 rye & coke, 1 rum & coke about 4 or 5 shots and shared dry rib & smoked chicken wing appys. I know...bad...
174.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
