Here it is Friday again. Dropped a lb. Was a little disappointed; mid-week I maintained 117.0 lbs. for two days, and Thurs and Friday comes around and 119.5 lbs. Oh well; everytime it does that, I know it's a taste of good things to come. Ran an easy 2.0 miles last night - not that it doesn't require effort - nothing on the treadmill is "easy" for me anymore; it just means that I'm not pushing my speed or incline up to the point of wishing someone would shoot me.
Finished my Christmas shopping and spent the day yesterday wrapping presents and working in the shop. Back to work this morning for one day. I think I like this taking two days off in the middle of the week. Wish I got enough vacation to do this all year. Someone said, "You're going to wish your life away.", so I say, "Well, I wish I had enough vacation to do it, and it was last year."
219.5 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
