to many days off.. goooood friday mornin fs..to many days off..makes it really hard to get out for a morning ride..was up at 330am..had all kinds of excuses for not going this morning...hadnt rode since monday morning..so it was really hard to get back into going...but finally got padded riding shorts on an bibs an headed out for a morning ride...first 3-4 blocks i was thinkin..might just do a short 5 mile ride..but then i was thinkin..for me to get my 400 miles this month..gonna take more then a 5 mile ride every day thats left to get what i need...well....just got back home...2:09 ...once i got into the ride....was just a matter or pedaling along...

so dont look like il make my goal this month..but still can come close with 20 mile rides everyday thats left...gotta have a goal..to keep it from gettin boring when you work out...

so...guess il go an make the coffee...weight was up..o well...part of workin out...have a great friday..an thanks for your support...
