ate at Lonestar last night. Had a couple pieces of bread, grilled chicken, sweet potato, chips and spinach dip and a few bites of cheesecake.
170.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 2.8 lb a week
