Today, I am 153lbs. I am so proud of myself for being so stern in my diet. I will probably be going back to this phase in another couple of weeks. In the book it tells you to do that to kickstart the metabolism. I tell everyone about it because I am never hungry, what a great diet. My only problem is sticking to a schedule of eating the 4-5 meals because I work on the road and even when I am not I am running errands. It has been good for my family because we are eating home more often. I find that for fresh salad I have to go to Publix to get their Romaine salad because the ones in the bags are not good at all and go bad in about 2 days.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.2 lb a week

Try just taking fruit along with you places for a small meal. You are doing great, great attitude too!
