A nice, peaceful Monday to everyone. I am kind of philosophical today. Trying to get a handle on what makes me feel best. I am real disappointed with my present doctor's office. If they are too busy, I need to find an alternative, but I have to depend on them. Real frustrating. I go there tomorrow. I am going to get up to date on logging food again, and try and lose more. My doctors office called to reschedule an appointment I had for the end of July, apparently he's going out of town. No worries for me, as long as he keeps my prescriptions refilled I wouldn't care if I didn't see him but once every couple of years. I need to find a new primary, this guy's my cardiologist, my old primary stopped accepting my insurance because of O-Care, or so she claims. Never liked her anyway.

Doctors aren't what the used to be. They spend most of their time protecting themselves from insurance companies, law suits, getting all they can from drug companies and marketing their business...

Well, It's interesting. Your diagnosed with cancer, but he has a nurse tell you, and then whenever I call to clear up their authorization mistakes, I go straight to voicemail, and they never return my call. I have been trying to get a 2nd opinion for 6 weeks. But they keep screwing up the authorization. I get my, in office, anger, retaliation to them tomorrow.

Don't step on doctors to badly, with all the changes lately they have it kinda hard too. I know I'm lucky but I have 2 really great ones they take all the time I need with them, even talk about family and such. They don't book their appintments too close so there are still some good ones out there.

I'm as easy going as it gets, Addie. I really now have decided to do this CyberKnife radiation, but I need to find the place to do it, and make the changes. I am going to ask the doctor tomorrow about it. Thanks!

Best wishes tomorrow, I wish I also had alternative care doctors available to me as well. I understand your frustration it's a drive through appointment with my doctor every time I go. Will be praying for you
