I ate terrible on the 4 of July. I gained which I had expected. But even tho on Tuesday when I went right back to eating good, I still ended up gaining more. So I was looking at what I had changed. I had added in acorn squash. Oh they are so good. but I think that is what was causing me to gain. So I cut it out and have lost a couple of pounds. So I am going to not eat those and see if I can get the weight loss going again. And I am under some stress, so am thinking that isn't helping me right now either.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet LCHF: Low carb, High fat / Ketogenic Diet   losing 4.7 lb a week

It's a process, isn't it? Figuring out what works and what doesn't is just part of the fun. ;)
