Messed up this weekend!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1889 kcal Fat: 71.31g | Prot: 105.90g | Carb: 193.04g.   Breakfast: Special K Protein Meal Bar - Chocolate Peanut Butter, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch: Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Beef Top Loin (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Light Ranch Dressing, Lettuce, Croutons. Dinner: health nut bread, Chunky Chili with Beans Firehouse, Singles Fat Free American Cheese Slices. Snacks/Other: Margarita, cheese nips. more...
