Blahhh.
I don't think I'm being strict enough anymore on what I'm eating. Here's another week with no weight loss.
I ran 5 times last week. Was going to run today, but am feeling kind of blah, so I think I'm going to stick to 4 times this week. I'm going to try to make better food choices, but it's becoming kind of hard. I just want food that tastes delicious! :(

Eating healthy foods for a lifetime means making them delicious, too. Otherwise you see this as temporary and could revert back to your old ways

Yeah, I'm trying to make them more delicious :( But when I'm so tired, all I can think of is easy delicious food like pizza or something else awesome. haha This week was definitely better. Had some delicious crock pot carnitas :)
