I have been eating one slice of whole grain bread a day, first thing in the morning! When I add carbs, I gain weight! I guess I am destined to 25 grams a day! Hope this changes with some exercise!
116.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

I find that I can have more carbs when I add exercise. Congratulations on being so close to goal. I never suggest this for people in Induction or early in OWL, but have you tried the low-carb breads? That might work better for you, and I can't tell much difference between those and whole-grain normal bread.
