Today was a bit of a cheat day. I had a 'celebration' lunch with clients to celebrate closing on their house. And then we had friends over for dinner that we hadn't seen in a while. Overall, I didn't eat to excess, but I didn't make the wisest choices either. I knew what I ordered and that it would affect my results. No loss for today .. but that's okay. It will show up tomorrow. ;)
