Today's Workout....

Chair Dips: 16, 20, 15, 15, 25
Treadmill:
Time: 20min.
Speed: 3, 3.5, 4mph alternating
Incline: 6.5 (all the way through)
Bicep Curls: (10lb. Kettlebell) 3 sets of 10
Forward Squats: 15, 20, 15
Outward Squats: 3 sets of 10
Overhead Press: (10lb. Kettlebell) 3 sets of 10
Standing Butt Press: 20, 15, 15
Snatches: 1 set of 8

Evening Workout....

Treadmill:
Time: 23min. (including 1-2min. cool down)
Speed: 3, 3.5, 4mph alternating
Incline: 5.5 and 6.5 alternating
Chair Dips: 16, 20, 15, 15, 25

Today I Ate:

Lunch - Cuban red beans with a handful of baby spinach.
Dinner - About a cup of migas, 1/2 c. refried beans, and a teaspoon
of salsa.
Dessert - 3 or 4 little pieaces of fudge
132.0 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
