Eating less calories than suggested, drinking more water, bloating like crazy, sleeping well all night. My wieght is unstable jumping from 2-5 pound day to day.
Trying to obtain more of a rythem in my sleep,eating times and exercise habit to become a well cared for mechine.
157.3 lb Lost so far: 2.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weigh in no more than one time per day babe. Some recommend only weighing once a week. Don't rob yourself of needed calories ok? Get the nutrition you need. Maybe after your get through your phase, the bloating will cease. Smiles!
