I've done great this week and I'm so excited! I hurt everywhere this morning, but I'm still so excited! Lol I'm feeling better, my water intake is up, my carb intake is down, my energy level is up. My step count is great! Over 11,000 steps yesterday. :) looking forward to the rest of a great week!
205.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 75.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
