my diet was really poor the last 2 weeks. fastfood ice cream pizza, tons of drinks. Its funny how everything kinda went down hill as well (diet, job, dating, apt was disorganized) just jacked up.

This weekend was great, I spent time with friends mtb riding and that one ride prob dropped my weight. Another buddy help me cleanup and get ready 4 monday. So I feel back on the wagon this week. If I go with this feeling motivated and optimistic i can finish my weight goal in 2 weeks
183.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

yeah, i know that feeling. but now that you got reorganized you can get motivated again. you can do this!!!
