Oh, man. Tell me this is not happening. Definition is better but weight is still high. The definition is really what I'm shooting for. Anyway, I'm looking at 2 days without lifting. I'm not sure this new pattern suits me. Two lower calorie days Sat and Sunday. See if this clears.
189.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am done cutting, brother. Lean Bulk / ReComp starts Monday.

Good job, Jimmie. I'll be watching. I'm still trying to figure out how to drop a bit more, but my body is fighting. I may have to just knuckle down and do the daily thing. I hate the daily thing.
