Well crap i have gained 5 lbs in one week...how can that happen so fast. still checking out what i did wrong....no choice but to make a turn around...bare with me on this one my FS friends.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

i drink two liters of water each day. other than two cups of black coffee in the morning water is the only thing i drink....IF i started doing that about two weeks ago 18/6. i found that not hard at first....but after falling out of keto hunger took over....tomorrow i will start doing the I Beast with Carmen. will keep every one posted how this works out.

Dude, I can easily gain 5.0# OVERNIGHT. I put on 2.4# last night; averaging 500K/day over the last 5 days. #divorcethescale
