Does it count as exercise if you have sweat rolling down your back from the heat? I mean, I'm working, but not crazy hard. I feel like if I'm sweating that should count.

Trying to stay on track today. Scale is moving, but probably just water right now. Probably sweat weight now that I think about it. Gross. Definitely drinking water.

Really enjoying planning my meals and holding myself accountable. Good for the budget. Also I'm moving next month so good to help clean out the cabinets. So this is a win, win, win. Sweet.
