It's funny how you can float along for years with few stressors, and then suddenly everything seems to hit at the same time. Okay. Not funny. I fully recognize many people have bigger problems. I just need to own mine and not feel like I need to won those that belong to others. So many externals that I really have no control over. Recognizing that, I will allow the issue to resolve themselves where I feel they can, and I will do what I can without feeling obliged when I am not obliged. I will do what I can do if it seems reasonable.

You can't fix the worlds problems, all you can do is tend to your own little corner of it and do the best you can do to keep it in order. Sometimes as bad as you hate to, some things just have to be allowed to run their natural course.

Pets are great stress relievers...when kept out of the garden. Give yours some hang time and YOU hang in there.

Acceptance is the biggy- I agree with HCB Sometimes we just have to let go of things we have no control over. Easier said than done for me a lot of times, but I keep on tryin. I hope you can ride it out and it all works out in the end :)

That is one of the things we talk about at the house alot. Recognizing what we have control over, what we can influence and what is beyond our control. Once we properly differentiate them out stress just naturally decreases.

you can lead a horse to water, but you cannot force him to drink. I have learned that a while back. I will do what I can to lead that horse to water, and the rest is up to him. I have done my part.
