Still travelling OK
254.4 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 108.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1516 kcal Fat: 52.59g | Prot: 75.81g | Carb: 190.35g.   Breakfast: Guardian, Craisins, Coffee (Instant), Tap Water, Milk Skim. Lunch: Beets (Drained Solids, Canned), Sweet Cherries, Red Capsicum Raw, Celery, Egg, Sour Cucumber Pickles, Spiced Gherkins, Asparagus (Drained Solids, Canned), Cucumber (with Peel), Mixed Salad Greens, Tap Water, Tomatoes. Dinner: Hazelnut Fudge Ice Cream, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Cheddar Cheese, Red Capsicum Raw, Atlantic Salmon (Farmed), Carrots, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Milk Chocolate Candies, Chocolate Paddle Pop, Sweet Cherries, Cappucino Skim Milk (Regular). more...
