Big gain for me, but writing it off due to shark week approaching in a day or two and resulting water retention. I have been quite good this week with my eating and I am still motivated. I am sure next week this time I will note a loss!
182.8 lb Lost so far: 26.7 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1696 kcal Fat: 52.92g | Prot: 65.73g | Carb: 171.11g.   Breakfast: Future Life Smart Food, Coffee. Lunch: Lettuce, Cucumber (with Peel), Tomatoes, Egg (Whole). Dinner: All Gold Tomato & Onion Mix, Iwisa Maize Meal-Pap, Sugar, Curry Powder, Worcestershire Sauce, Chicken Wing, Chicken Skewers. Snacks/Other: Woolworths Milktart & Custard Pud in Pot, Lay's Salt & Vinegar, Huletts Brown Sugar, Nestle Cremora Coffee Creamer, Nescafe Classic, Sprite Sprite Zero (Can), Whiskey. more...
