Happy with my unofficial weigh in, I didnt weigh in on an empty stomach this morning but I am still happy with a drop in the right direction.

Some additional info, since Feb, I have lost 13cms around my waist and overall fat % has dropped significantly.
133.2 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job with all the non scale victories! Thirteen centimeters in the waist is a lot. Now to stay good this weekend. Lets do this!!
