Well I gained two lbs and lost one and a half so really I'm only .6 from where I started. That's good! Plus the other day I had plenty of space in my sugars so I had a Capri sun for the first time in six months. It wasn't as good as I remember but it was a nice treat.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I save my soda/sugary drinks for special occasions. Real Sugar Mexican Coke and Capt. Morgan Private Stock. Hendrick's Gin and Tonic Water :-)

Hendrick's is a Cucumber Gin, with Tonic and some Lime...very good. Only one or two that's it for the night, heavy drinking days are long gone, takes too long to recover the next day/afternoon :-)

Mahjohn, Jarritos real sugar Mexican soda, comes in a rainbow of flavors. Seek. Them. Out! Seriously, the next special occasion see if you can find an Jarritos outlet, jarritos dot com, I haven't had a soda in almost a year, but when I do I know H-E-B carries them. lol
