Oops, up 6lbs! Maybe it's muscle. Ok, it's not, I was definitely in full eat mode for six days.

I managed to exercise once a few days ago and today is first time I can straighten my arm since that little experiment. Those 5lb weights were a little much for my atrophied limbs. But the rest of the work out was enjoyable. I'm ready to try it again. The 22 day challenge is a great start for a great cause.
