It's a little too easy to get off track. That's why I'm so grateful to all my FS Buddies. All you guys encouragement and positive comments about my attempt at maintenance help so much. I know that some people who are in weight loss mode may think once a goal has been achieved the battle is over. It is not...

Buddies, please stick with it no matter how distant your goal may seem. Those who are working on those last few pounds, I feel you. Those last few pounds are definitely worth it. Don't cheat yourself into thinking close is good enough. You may be amazed that you have gotten this close. IMO, it's those last few pounds that will set us up for long term maintenance. Let's not cut quit when the finish line is in sight...

Agreed!! John, I'm close but not "done" yet in my mind...for me it is all about being able to hit or exceed certain performance numbers (which I track pretty closely,) keep as much muscle as possible while losing a bit more fat...slow process right now. You've been doing great adjusting to each upwards tick and maintaining your weight in.a close window on the blue line...that's a reality we all hope and strive to get to some day, take care mate...hope you have a great week!!
