Just finished my workout... it's tough but I'm so proud of myself for following through. I'm trying to get into a good pattern. Yesterday was NOT a good food day for me. While I was out getting my nails done a girl scout stopped by and Salem bought two boxes! I caved and had FOUR Tagalongs or whatever they are called nowadays... then I found out that is 7 pts! Luckily Salem ate the whole rest of the box so the temptation is gone. I made him put the unopened Thin Mints in a secret hiding spot that I don't know.
Tonight is our friend Jason's 32nd birthday party. I am going to eat a salad and drink a big glass of water before we go so I don't overeat there. I'm going to get ready now; I'm hoping my True Religions (my best jeans) fit so I can wear them!
