Hi all,only a 600g loss ,however i did cheat on my birthday and for my party this last weekend .So not to disappointed .However this week ,back in the saddle ,gyming and dieting again .Thank you to everyone for the birthday wishes ,it was really appreciated
259.9 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 50.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week

600g is plenty. Take a tub of butter 500g is alot, you did well!
