Powered out last night during lifting. Finished up with a light deload. Will deload next two days as well. Day 3 will be rest day. 3 pancakes and maple syrup for breakfast with my bulletproof coffee. Have to carb up. Today was to be low cal, but I think it's a refeed with some nasty carbs. Purposeful. Not a binge response. Ignoring calories but logging them.
185.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
