Really disappointed in myself for gaining all my previous weight back. Basically stopped working out and quit being careful about what I eat when things got busy with my children's school, birthdays (including my own), and sicknesses that kept coming and going. Got exhausted and busy and just put everything aside. :( And now I have to start all over. Well, maybe not completely over since I didn't just have a baby. But this weight range is frustrating for me. Maybe because it's so close, yet so far at the same time. :( And I'm only a stay at home mom! How do you working mothers do it??? How do you stay healthy, keep in shape, manage your families, and still manage to get workouts in? When my kids got sick one by one, I barely got any sleep. I ALREADY have insomnia sometimes, so my energy level is completely depleted when things like this happen....but there are days when I can push through it. Here lately, I just haven't been able to. :(
133.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
