Definitely fell off the wagon, started a new job a few months ago and it's 3rd shift. I am already eating all night out of boredom however I have a game plan. Hubby and I started to just focus on not eating out so much the past few weeks and this week I am trying to focus on making more home meals. We didn't eat out except for the weekend however I bought already made meals at Sams club this past week and it's loaded with salt and sugar. Hopefully this week we can focus on eating healthier and not eating out.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
