NO loss no gain, no biggie. My current meds are to blame, and maybe the brown rice and sweet potatoes I had this week.I was trying branch out. I also enjoyed a piece of pie with DH last night and maybe a handful of chips yesterday. BUT, Im not gonna stress or sweat it. Today is new day, gym new plan. Im prepped and ready and got my plans and goals in front of me. Ive been looking forward to today for a week now! Not even the thunderstorm outside is gonna stop me from making today a good one and getting my rear in gear.
Goals for the week:
1. Complete week one of my new work out plan which calls for work outs 2 times a week on some day which means NO MAKING EXCUSES. I can do this, Ive done this before, I just need to put one foot forward.
2. Stay on target with diet. My meals are prepped so there should be no excuses why I wont exceed. If I dont, its on me.
3. Stay hydrated. Its hot and humid out there.
4. Wash my hair. thats right, I said wash my hair. I have long hair and tend not to wash but every 2 days bc its a real chore to wash but gym hair needs to be washed more then that. Wash that wig at least every other day.
5. Log, plan, journal, post. over planning helps me succeed. Hey, if that's what i takes. It conflicts with my "one day at a time" mantra but I can still take it one day at time while planning 3 days ahead right ? LOL
On a side note, ya'll remember how I was whining about my son getting married too young and I didn't like the girl.. well, Im here to say Im sorry I ever felt that way. She is wonderful and my son is a lucky guy. I still think they are too young but I was younger than that and turned out fine. I invited them up for 4th of July and there is good chance they will come up.. So that's my new motivation... tone it up and get in shape bc there will be swimming involved.. and Ive been back and forth with the body suit idea anyway. Now its time to face my enemy in the eye
(the swimsuit not my new daughter LOL).
