Just started a diet with Sandi Beacom and Klub Skinny. Have done my first week and my next weigh in is tomorrow. I am looking forward to my free foods and the fact that i am able to have some carbohydrates. The first week was tough with three functions on during the weekend. The only thing i cheated on was having more protein on two meals that i should have and substituted chicken for lamb. Looking forward to the second cycle. This should see new foods added. Getting a bit tired with my meal choices. Not prepared enough and grabbing as i run out the door. So till tomorrow. Weigh in i am hopefully going to lose 2.5kgs and hope not to be disappointed. Can feel that i have already lost in centimetres so hopefully the weigh comes off too :-)
