Still hanging in at 143 lbs... but I have been busy with other things and didn't get my exercise or walking done this week. I got some of it in, but not enough. I'm glad I didn't gain anything. My eating has been fine, except for having to throw out all my wonderful Amy's frozen dinners because of the frozen foods with vegetables in them have a virus... I'm waiting for the all clear sign to fill my freezer up again.
I want to share with my friends one of my tricks for not eating in the evening... I drink .. I drink a lot in the evening.. I like the "Cascade ICE" zero calorie flavored sparkling water and lots of good flavors.. I like the pomegranate best. but mostly I drink hot or warm drinks at night.. the warm/hot drinks seems to satisfy me and keep me from going for more food.
Right now my main source until the frozen veggies come back.. and ALSO THE PACKAGED VEGGIES... AND THE PACKAGED SALADS ARE ON THE VIRUS LIST TOO...
But when I am tempted to eat.. I go for a hot beverage and it works for me. Give it a try and tell me if it works for you.
