WBH, I classify PB2 with the overly processed foods, just my opinion, but there are lots of natural no added sugar Peanut butters out there. I have never tried it but when the price of something is that high and it's promoted as healthy I always assume a marketing gimmick

Ride that train! Well done, WannaB! I haven't tried PB2. I am sure it is good but I agree with Debra ... keep it simple and eat whole foods not the processed junk you find on many of the grocery store aisles. You got this!

LOVE Pb2. I was introduced to it at a Weight Watchers Meeting. It's peanuts that are pressed of all their oil and a touch of salt. Just add water to make it smooth Saves SO many calories.

My whole purpose behind eating peanut butter is the taste and the fat, I don't eat stuff that has the fat removed. Every time you remove something vital from a semi-whole food you corrupt it in some manner. We keep tampering with nature, we are now paying the price for doing it....just something to think about.

ty drag, i had never heard of pb2 till yesterday glen...i did put it in my food journal an compared it with the pb that i eat now..yes the pb2 is better in calories an fat, im not convinced that its worth it in cost...

Way to go! I'm with Deb and the others...real nut butter is so natural and yummy, why mess with anything else? ;)

I <3 PB2. Great in smoothies. All of the protein, none of the fat.

@NE +1 I love peanut butter, cannot afford the calories while cutting. PB2 tastes OK w/o the heavy fat load. Now I make my own from peanut flour, which is also great for high protein sauces and such. http://www.amazon.com/Protein-Plus-Roasted-Natural-Peanut/dp/B0052OOYOW?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage

i've had pb2, we use this in our shakes at my nutrition club. Its very good, imo. Worth a try

@NE You'll love it. With a little experimentation you can whip up a killer asian peanut sauce with a decent nutrition profile.

This has been educational for me. I guess that those of us that are relying on the fats to keep us from hunger, will have to revamp our thinking when we go into maintenance ... or will we?

its a thought but for me..maintenance is alot way down the road yet..but least i can go back later down the road an look back at my journal an get ideas when it comes that time..thanks everyone...
