Happy Saturday FS!

Absolutely gorgeous today! Down a tad but will take it. I would imagine that my weight loss will slow down but who knows. I'll take one tad at a time as opposed to gaining. ;-) I never really thought this was my time of year to lose at all ... Thought January to May was ... Just goes to show you how wrong I was. But then my whole attitude has changed ... I'm looking at food differently. I think about what my body needs or wants. I do not feel deprived. I figure out how to work it in my plan for the day. I chose to have a couple of glasses of wine last night. I'm still tryimg to figure out what works for me. One thing I do know, I enjoy my baggy jeans ... It gives me such pleasure in being able to wear them all day and night instead of slipping on my sweats to breathe! ;-)

163.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

like you...i no longer wear sweats as much as i once did...i do wear them around the house...but when i head outta the house..i park the sweats an put on the jeans...when i was overweight more...then sweats was my first choice...your doing great...not about what time of year...but making wiser choices in this healthy life style we have all chose ..have a greattttttt day buddy

It's odd the number of things thin people take for granted like....breathing in jeans...lol....anything else you're looking forward to...I want to get a numb bottom from sitting on a hard chair without my built-in padding!!! XX

Thanks everyone! Yes, one should never take for granted breathing in jeans! It is priceless! I don't know ... I doubt that I'll ever have a numb bum! LOL!
